Our guest speaker Dr. János Heé:
Dr János Heé is a specialist in digital transformation, growth strategies and change management. As a Senior Partner of Wirz Group, one of the largest independent marketing- and communications agencies in Switzerland, he is responsible for “Marketing & Innovation”.
Until 2021, János Heé was CEO of Zimmerli (Switzerland’s premium fashion brand) and digitised international marketing, production processes, sales and customer support. Between 2017 and 2019, he was Vice President at the Adecco Group and led the digital ventures internationally on the growth path. Prior to Adecco, János was responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of the digital transformation at Sunrise Communications. As Head of E-Commerce at the airline SWISS, János was responsible for the relaunch of swiss.com and the apps eco-system back in 2014. János Heé won the Digital Transformation Award (2017) with Sunrise and the Master Award (2015) at Best of Swiss Web with SWISS. Heé studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and holds a doctorate in marketing and service management from the same university.
